Using their folk-styled music and beautiful vocal harmonies, it’s no real surprise that this trio Jubilent Bridge (singer/dulcimer player Willie Jaeger, singer/guitarist Carol Van Alstine, and guitarist Steve Bennett) has recently garnered comparisons to such renowned outfits as Peter, Paul & Mary. The seed products for the group had been planted when Jaeger and Vehicle Alstine started playing together being a duo, issuing such self-produced albums as Crazy JUST LIKE THE Wind flow and Another Operate At the Hill. Because of their third discharge, Under Shattered Skies, the group extended to add Bennett, who got previously supported John McEuen from the Nitty Gritty Dirt Music group during his tenure with Runaway Express, provides produced other performers, and was after the receiver of the Townes Truck Zandt songwriting prize.
