Juanito Valderrama

b. Juan Valderrama Blanca, 24 Might 1916, Torredelcampo, Jaén, Spain, d. 12 Apr 2004, Espartinas, Seville, Spain. Elevated in rural Andalucia, Valderrama noticed flamenco from years as a child and in his early teenagers he was adopted by vocalist Niña de la Puebla, with whom he sang in Madrid in 1935. Through the Spanish Civil Battle he performed for military and also produced records, afterwards establishing himself in the flamenco picture. He constructed some 300 music, often in cooperation along with his regular accompanist Un Niño Ricardo; these included ‘De Polizón’ and ‘Madre Hermosa’. In the mid-50s Valderrama produced an intimate romantic relationship with vocalist Lolita Caballero (b. Dolores Abril) but he was struggling to get yourself a divorce from his initial wife until a lot more than 20 years later on. Early in 2004, Valderrama made an appearance in a concert in Madrid that was presented with in his honour and which presented many noted performers. Soon later on, he experienced a coronary attack and passed away during convalescence.
