Percussionist Jose Mangual offers lent his abilities to varied recordings over time, many of which were for some of the very most renowned jazz saving artists ever — Count number Basie, Mls Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Charlie Parker, Tito Puente. Delivered in Juana Dias, Puerto Rico, sometime in 1924, Mangual perfected the bongos, congas, and timbales, which result in steady session function from the past due ’40s.
