Lidon managed the second option two positions until his loss of life. The body organ music was seen as a counterpoint, thought bass, and melodic strains consistently contained through all of the voices. Sacred choral music was dominated by an atmosphere of asceticism and starkness. Lidon’s `opera seria’ included few differences through the Italian operas of his time; but, this opera is at Castillian which recognized it from every other. The chamber music that Lidon constructed is of small interest apart from it being truly a unique type for Spanish composers.
