Jorge Sylvester Afro-Caribbean Experimen Trio

b. 1954, Digestive tract, Panama. Sylvester’s multi-cultural history, his mother is normally Panamanian mom, his dad from Belize, along with a grandfather was Jamaican, helped mould a wide-ranging curiosity about music. From his dad’s record collection he heard the jazz of Sonny Stitt and John Coltrane, which prompted his decision to take up the alto saxophone.
