Jonathan Singleton & the Grove

Jackson, TN local Jonathan Singleton co-penned number 1 strikes for Gary Allan (“Viewing Airplanes”) and Billy Currington (“Don’t”) before striking from his own in ’09 2009. The raspy vocalist/songwriter/guitarist’s music group, the Grove, is an expert in the type of rootsy, outsider, modern country music well-liked by contemporaries like Steve Earle and Mix Canadian Ragweed. Jonathan Singleton & the Grove’s eponymous, debut recording was released in-may 2010 on Toby Keith’s Display Dog-Universal Records.
