Jonathan Feldman is among America’s leading chamber music and accompaniment pianists. He examined at Juilliard College of music with Dorothy Taubman, Rosetta Goodkind, and Irwin Freundlich. He became a member of the faculty of Juilliard College in 1989 and is among the most head from the Associated Department. Feldman is normally heavily popular as an accompanist, especially to string players. He spent some time working with Nathan Milstein, Itzhak Perlman, Joshua Bell, Kyung Wha Chung, Zara Nelsova, Sara Chang, as well as the Kavafian sisters, Ani and Ida. He often joins members from the Boston Symphony Orchestra and NY Philharmonic in chamber music concerts, and provides toured using the Philharmonic Chamber Outfit in travels of four continents. He’s a regular participant in the Tanglewood, Bridgehampton, and Music from Angel Fireplace Festivals. He provides professional classes at several locations through the entire U.S., and lectured on “The Collaborative Pianist” on the William Kapell Competition as well as the Maryland International Piano Celebration. He has performed on produces for EMI, Cala, Columbia, Naxos, non-esuch, RCA, and Summit brands, and in 2000 made an appearance over the Deutsche Grammophon label with Gil Shahan within an record of short traditional violin works together with some link with the Devil, like the premiere documenting of a collection in the Witches of Eastwick by John Williams.
