Jonathan Balas

Alternate pop singer/songwriter Jonathan Balas was created and elevated in LA, briefly studying piano before shifting to guitar as a teenager. His parents later on bought him a four-track recorder, and after trimming his 1st three-song demonstration, the 18 yr older relocated to Seattle to intern at Robert Lang Studios. Following that Balas shifted to Nashville, where in fact the band Leave East documented his music “I’LL SAVE.” Taking advantage of the then-current MySpace trend, Balas obtained a word-of-mouth Internet strike in past due 2005 with an MP3 of his music “California Right here I Proceed.” The music later made an appearance on MTV’s strike Laguna Seaside, and was instrumental in producing hype for the 2006 launch of Balas’ debut LP.
