Violinist Jon Collins, sometimes credited while John Collins, is a classical orchestral participant who did saving session function in the past due ’70s. The Faerie Symphony recording developed by Tom Newman and Mike Oldfield was a good example of sort of overblown traditional rock concept well-known at the moment, at least offering some function for orchestra players.
