Jon Batiste

Pianist, bandleader, composer, and educator Jonathan Batiste can be an adventurous, eclectic, jazz-based musician. Since 2015, he continues to be the bandleader and musical movie director for CBS’ The Past due Display with Stephen Colbert. A indigenous of Kenner, Louisiana, Batiste was raised inside a musical family members and 1st performed along with his family members in the Batiste Brothers Music group. Stay Individual released their debut EP in 2011, implemented up with the full-length record Public Music in 2013. Also in 2013, Batiste became a member of Red Scorching Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith and bassist/manufacturer Costs Laswell to record the soundtrack to a forthcoming film.
