Natives of Bengal, India, the Shamsher brothers — Asian/Anglo DJ-vocalists Haroon and Farook — initial attracted interest in the early-’90s while members from the Joi Bengal AUDIO SYSTEM. Their debut one, “Desert Surprise,” premiered in 1993.
