Johnny Lee Middleton was created in 1963. He started playing bass in his senior high school jazz music group. Still in senior high school, he produced a music group known as Mariah. This group didn’t move anywhere, and he ultimately moved on towards the music group Lefty. His initial big state to popularity, though, was when he became a member of Savatage.
