Johnny Crash

Following a break-up of Tokyo Blade, vocalist Vicki James Wright became disillusioned using the British rock and roll scene and relocated to LA searching for compatible musicians. Following a series of fake begins, he finally stabilized a line-up of August Worchell and Christopher Stewart (guitars), Andy Rogers (bass) and Stephen Adamo (drums), beneath the name Johnny Crash. Blatantly parading traditional metallic influences such as for example Mötley Crüe, AC/DC and Kiss, they shipped a high-energy stream of streetwise, blues-based rock and roll ‘n’ roll on the Tony Platt-produced debut.
