A longtime musician within the Portland area, John Vecchiarelli understands no limits with regards to executing. He spent some time working on a large number of albums with rings which range from jazz to punk rock and roll. Regularly performing round the Portland, OR, region, Vecchiarelli released his debut recording, Tiny Areas, on Speck Information in 1999. The recording was mentioned and in comparison to numerous folk-rock artists which range from Nick Drake and Jeff Buckley to Elliott Smith and Tag Kozelek. He is constantly on the tour and perform around Portland and it has toured using the Cosmos as well as the Dinnermints amongst others.
