John Purcell

Though he hasn’t recorded yet like a leader, multi-instrumentalist John Purcell has won compliment and reputation for his performing on several classes, especially his use Jack DeJohnette’s Special Release. He’s a fantastic soprano player, in addition to a highly effective soloist on other reeds and flute. Purcell could be noticed on DeJohnette’s Recording Album.
