John McBain

Among the founding associates of what would eventually become stoner rock and roll legends Monster Magnet, John McBain was a guitarist who all caused such players seeing that Matt Cameron and Josh Homme. Blessed in NJ on Apr 23, 1965, McBain and primary Monster Magnet associates Tim Cronin and Tom Diello initial came jointly as Pet dog of Secret in 1989. Upon the addition of frontman Dave Wyndorf, the music group took in the moniker of Monster Magnet, and McBain performed electric guitar on that band’s initial three produces (Monster Magnet EP [1990], Backbone of God [1991], and Tabs…25 EP [1991]) before having out because of inner-band tensions. Then reappeared in 1993 within a Pacific Northwest psych-rock aspect project known as Hater alongside Ben Shepherd and Matt Cameron (both of Soundgarden). When that music group had work its training course, McBain participated within the initial two Desert Periods albums with Queens from the Rock Age group honcho Josh Homme. Furthermore, Cameron, Shepherd, and McBain continuing to interact (with guest performances from various other prominent associates of the picture) within the group Wellwater Conspiracy. In 2004, McBain relocated to SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, and began focus on a single task. That record, The In-Flight Feature, premiered in 2006.
