Johann Georg Heinrich Backofen

Johann Georg Heinrich Backofen was a performer who played the harp, clarinet and alto clarinet in F. His instructors had been Gruber and Brickman but Johann also became facile using the flute. Backofen trained the harp and created clarinets writing helpful information to this device in its two voices aswell as an instrution manuel for the harp — specifically as an associated device for his “various other” instruments.
