Biography

Music was section of Joel Nava’s lifestyle right away. The Tejano vocalist, who’s of Mexican-American traditions, was created to hardworking parents within the Tx city of Victoria. He was raised in Slot Lavaca, TX, where he was affected by his grandfather’s accordion playing. Before he’d strike his teenager years, Nava was playing percussion, which he’d discovered without formal teaching. He was section of a nation group that performed around Slot Lavaca during his senior high school years. Having a music group known as Bobby Lee as well as the Nightriders, he composed his brain that performing was for him. He proceeded to take action both in Spanish and British. Later in existence, making information for Arista/Latin, he supported himself using a music group called the Boundary. The clothing included accordion participant Isaac Valverde; history vocalist and bass participant Mike Barro, who previously caused Tejano vocalist Patsy Torres; drummer Larry Villanueva, who also caused Ramiro “Memory” Herrera; history vocalist and guitarist TJ Gonzales, who was simply section of Tejano music group Culturas; and Francisco Cortinas, who performed the saxophone and keyboards and added some vocals. Nava’s self-titled initial album released the strike “Em fun??o de Que?” in 1995. His second record, Sov Otro, is normally traditional Tejano. The name means “I’ve transformed.” The 1996 discharge features an appearance by Jay Perez, another Tejano musician. Nava provides released a trio of music movies for the music “I REALLY DO,” “Mama’s Boy,” and “Em fun??o de Que?” He provides made an appearance on television’s Music Town Tonight and Austin Town Limits, among various other applications. His singles consist of “Ya Me Ando Preparando.”
