Joe Loco

A composer of many strike recordings, quality music orchestrator and top contender for the title of “most melodic pianist.” Began with Montecino’s Content Children in 1938. He was Machito’s pianist before getting drafted in to the US Surroundings Drive in November, 1945. After his release in 1947, he free of charge lanced with Latin music’s best bands, including Polito Galindez, Marcelino Guerra, Pupi Campo, and Julio Andino before dazzling silver whith his monstrous strike documenting of “Tenderly” in 1952. His Latinized agreements of American pop regular tunes allowed Loco’s Quintet to execute at jazz night clubs as well as other popular areas which never highlighted Latin music.
