Joe Bennett & the Sparkletones


This rock ‘n’ roll band originated from Spartanburg, SC, USA. Joe Bennett AS WELL AS THE Sparkletones were an average manifestation of the first days of rock and roll ‘n’ roll, where teenagers formed organizations to generate music that shown their own passions and those passions frequently revolved around clothing. The group people, whose age groups ranged from 14 to 17, had been Joe Bennett (vocals, lead acoustic guitar), Howard Childress (tempo acoustic guitar), Wayne Arthur (dual bass) and Irving Denton (drums). ‘Dark Slacks’, which strike quantity 11 R&B and quantity 17 play the summertime of 1957, was the group’s just major strike.
