Biography

Jocelyn Montgomery was surround by music while we were young in England. Using a grandfather who hobbied being a fiddle-maker presented her to the stunning, classical noises of her indigenous nation. Furthering her passions on the Purcell College of Music for another six years, Montgomery examined formal vocal schooling and continuing it at Saint Paul’s Female School while taking on the Violin. After graduation, she spent a few years flexing her traditional folk background at several parties and wedding ceremonies while studying structure in London. With some indie-film jobs under her belt -performed with regard to paying her expenses- Montgomery ultimately married and transferred to LA, but needless to say not allowing that block the way of her performing career. With extra recognition due to her new discovered home, Mammoth Information immediately found Montgomery’s interest and released “Lux Vivens” in 1998 with extra creation help from film machine David Lynch.
