JoAnn Rosario

Blessed to a Puerto Rican family members in Chicago, JoAnn Rosario was raised both in the cathedral (her dad was a preacher) and with music, performing since she was a girl, so that as a grown-up she sang using the influential and prolific Fred Hammond within his group Radical for Christ. In 2002, beneath the assistance of Hammond (and within his fledgling label, together with Verity Information, a subset of Zomba), Rosario arrived with her debut, Even more, More, Even more, which combined metropolitan R&B noises with modern gospel as well as Latin music, but immediately after the album’s discharge, she begun to see difficulty with her tone of voice. The following calendar year nodules were entirely on her vocal chords, making speech, aside from singing, extremely difficult. After taking period off to take care of the nodules and recover, Rosario came back in 2005 with Today AS PART OF YOUR…Worship, and 2 yrs afterwards with Joyous Salvation.
