Jimmy Robinson

This fellow referred to as either James Robinson or Jimmy Robinson includes a long background as an engineer on the Record Plant in LA, but in addition has produced artists and performed being a guitarist in a variety of bands. He’s most widely known for the record Paris, where he served in every his capacities, in addition to personally rousing participant Bob Welch into log off his back pursuing Welch’s Fleetwood Macintosh departure and following creative hiatus. In early stages, Robinson got precious training from documenting engineer and studio room owner Eddie Kramer. Both Robinson and Walley Heider proved helpful as remote designers on the well-known Jimi Hendrix Music group of Gypsies record–but well-known or not, there are lots of Hendrix monks who believe this recording arrived horribly. A far more latest production work from Robinson may be the hard-barking music from the Dogs. The bond with Welch was both a family group along with a business matter: Robinson acquired helped engineer a number of the Fleetwood Macintosh stuff, and Welch acquired finished up marrying Robinson’s sister. The Paris task was type of concieved being a tribute to Led Zepelin.
