Jim Cole

Jim Cole was a co-employee of Isaac Guillory, the Cuban-born guitarist who for 25 years was a favorite recording program player in Britain. Cole turns up within the back-up on Guillory’s self-titled 1974 Atlantic record, ultimately reissued on Compact disc with the Guillory family members label. Whatever Cole do after 1974, he didn’t loaf around with Guillory, and neither do the various other dozen musicians associated with the Atlantic periods; Guillory understood his interest was single acoustic function, which is exactly what he centered on until his loss of life in 2000. Drummer Pete Gavin, another United kingdom program pro, was also area of the line-up over the Atlantic record. There appears to be more than the common amount of people called “Jim” upon this program as well–at any price, stating “Hey Jim!” could have resulted in interest not merely from Cole but from drummer Jim Carey and dulcimer strumming Jim Good.
