Jillette Johnson

Pianist and vocalist/songwriter Jillette Johnson makes melodic, ruminative modern pop music largely centered around her resonant vocals and classically influenced piano parts. Given birth to in California, Johnson was raised in Pound Ridge, NY. She started playing piano when she was a kid and by age group 12 had been performing her personal songs in night clubs around NEW YORK. She released her debut EP, Whiskey & Frosting, in 2012. Her debut full-length record, Water within a Whale, made an appearance on Wind-Up Information in 2013.
