Jen Cass

Vocalist/songwriter Jen Cass was created in suburban Detroit and was raised on a reliable diet plan of Motown, aswell seeing that folk and pop from her parents’ record collection. By the first ’90s, Cass was composing and executing her own music through the entire metro Detroit folk/coffeehouse picture. She ultimately relocated towards the Pacific Northwest, where in 1996 she self-released her debut record. Jennings had taken Cass under his wing, helming her following record and enlisting close friends from Carpenter’s music group to play onto it. Skies Burning Crimson made an appearance in January 2003.
