Jeff Pearce

Space rock manufacturer Jeff Pearce is among the few ambient manufacturers to use a power electric guitar as his primary way to obtain music. Pearce began playing electric guitar in 1980, playing what he could from the air. It was not really until Pearce got traditional and jazz electric guitar classes that he was released to different types of electric guitar playing. Mostly inspired by the first noises of Brian Eno’s Music for International airports, the today experienced guitarist discovered his specific niche market in ambient music, or space rock and roll. Using his electric guitar and a slew of distortion pedals, as well as sometimes a blade to bow the strings, Jeff Pearce’s function developed a solid fan base.
