Jeff Copley was created in Western world Virginia and raised on the united states and bluegrass customs of that area. A talented vocalist, Copley was groomed by Polygram to capitalize on his visual appearance and charming combination of Appalachian custom with Music Town glow. Evergreen, his debut, made an appearance in 1995.
