Vocalist/songwriter, guitarist, and pianist Jeanne Jolly doesn’t suit squarely into a single genre. Her recordings feature components of nation, folk, jazz, spirit, and soft rock and roll, and she matters Nina Simone, Joni Mitchell, Dolly Parton, and Renée Fleming among her affects. A NEW YORK native, she went to the New Britain Conservatory of Music, where she gained a get better at’s level in vocal efficiency. Upon relocating to LA, Jolly linked to Chris Botti, toured using the trumpeter, and in addition collaborated with nation musician Bob Woodruff. After launching an EP in 2008, Jolly shifted back again to her house condition, where she documented another EP, 2010’s Falling in Carolina. She became a member of the R&B collective the FOREX on tour and was presented on the live Dvd and blu-ray/CD arranged Dear Close friends: An Evening with FOREX, which was released in 2011. The next 12 months, she released Angels on FOREX Music.
