Acclaimed for his mid-’80s home display on London pirate place LWR, Jazzy M (aka Michael Schiniou) proved helpful at and later on owned an archive shop (Vinyl Area) specialized in offering the hard-to-find Chicago imports. With the shop, he released Orbital’s debut one “Chime” and founded the Jumpin’ and Pumpin’ label, that was the first house of Future Audio of London, amongst others.
