Soft jazz trio Jazz Funk Soul is definitely a supergroup featuring keyboardist Jeff Lorber, guitarist Chuck Loeb, and saxophonist Everette Harp. Shaped like a live touring ensemble in 2013, the trio makes instrumental jazz and R&B constructed upon the huge career connection with all three people. Jazz Funk Spirit released their full-length eponymous debut on Shanachie in 2014. The trio came back in 2016 using their sophomore recording, MUCH MORE SERIOUS Business.
