Javier Ruibál

b. Cádiz, Spain. Declaring to draw motivation from a like of lifestyle and beautiful females, Ruibal writes ‘poems of like’ which have noticed him hailed among the greatest performers that Andalusia provides produced. He grew up in southern Spain and continues to be in Puerto de Santa Maria, a center of flamenco and ‘gorgeous women’. Widely seen as a poet-musician, instead of the slightly even more mundane sounding singer-songwriter, Ruibal produces a mutant stress of flamenco, along with his sublime and bittersweet recordings enlivened with the music drifting in over the ocean from North Africa. Music indigenous towards the Spanish and Arabic worlds are stylishly fused by Ruibal and musical partner Tito Alcedo (Spanish electric guitar, flamenco electric guitar, Arabic lute), along with affects from United kingdom and American pop, jazz, salsa, meringue, and various other Latin designs. Lyrically, in the meantime, Ruibal has stated affects as disparate as Spanish poets Federico García Lorca and Rafael Alberti as well as the Beatles.
