Jason Simon

Vocalist/songwriter Jason Simon, nephew from the Cable co-creator David Simon and guitarist and vocalist for brooding Washington D.C. psych rock and roll outfit Deceased Meadow, released a solo profession this year 2010. Sparser and much more romantic than his use Deceased Meadow, Simon’s atmospheric, nocturnal country-folk owes even more to Bert Jansch, Townes Vehicle Zandt, and Sandy Bull than it can Dark Sabbath and Blue Cheer. Documented by Simon and Lifeless Meadow bass participant Steve Kille, his eponymous debut premiered in Sept 2010 via NY Town’s Tee Pee Information.
