Jason Moran

Harlem citizen Jason Moran brings a distinctly artistic contact to his jazz compositions and piano using. The impressionistic strategy of visible and musical performers like Jean-Michel Basquiat and Maurice Ravel inspire Moran’s playing and composing design, on both his very own compositions and his use jazz contemporaries like Cassandra Wilson, Steve Coleman, Greg Osby, and Stefon Harris.
