Jason Darling


Jason Darling was raised near Woodstock, NY, and began taking part in guitar at a age. After jumping via a next-generation Deadhead stage, Darling finished up in Greenwich Town, retracing Bob Dylan’s footsteps, digging on slip acoustic guitar and folk-blues, and scraping by with handyman just work at regional recording studios. Informal collaborations with pal Leona Naess began paying the expenses when she authorized with MCA. Darling added acoustic guitar to 2000’s Comatised and participated within the producing world tour. Among dates he authorized with L.A. indie Shock Truck, published and documented his debut recording, and released it in early 2001. Underground was a literate however rootsy affair that showcased Darling’s expressive slip guitar function. In Oct 2003, he came back with Night time Like My Mind (Yep Roc). Your time and effort presented broader arrangements which were done with secrets and drum encoding, and drew evaluations to the task of Shawn Mullins and Jeb Loy Nichols. Darling backed the recording with numerous schedules, mostly in the East Coast.
