Janita

Vocalist/songwriter Janita was created in Helsinki, Finland in 1978, and began using piano as a kid. Influenced by spirit and R&B, she started her performing profession at age group 13, and released two Finnish-language albums in the first ’90s. These albums produced Janita a pop superstar in her homeland, and she relocated to Brooklyn at age group 17. Her English-language debut, Believer, made an appearance in 1997. Janita agreed upon to Sony’s 550 imprint and documented a self-titled record in 1998, however the record was hardly ever released in the us.
