Jan Hold off may be the reggae alias of Jan Eißfeldt, a founding person in the German hip-hop collective Newbie who first found out fame along with his personal lyrical wit and lisping, nose voice. Created in Hamburg in 1976, Eißfeldt co-founded Total Newbies in 1991.
