The nom de plume of Utah-based, faith-based rap sensation Adam Curran, Jamesthemormon produced large strides for the LDS rap scene in 2016 when his debut EP, I’m Not really a Rapper, hit number 1 for the ITunes Hip Hop/Rap chart. Curran was raised internationally, spending his formative years in faraway areas like Russia, China, and Uzbekistan. He started writing, documenting, and executing at age 17. In his past due twenties Curran started posting his movies on YouTube, and shortly built a solid following on the effectiveness of singles/movies like “Inspiration” and “I’LL Never Prevent.” In Apr 2016 he released his first assortment of music. Curran donated 50 percent of the gains from I’m Not really a Rapper towards the LDS missionary finance.
