James Walker

On bass, Adam Walker made a unique mark in the sound from the O’Jays through the past due ’70s. He’s a favorite selection of blues electric guitar genius B.B. Ruler, who in addition has had Walker cover his lip area around a baritone saxophone reed during documenting periods. The Walker discography, intensely dominated by Ruler sides, also contains sessions from spirit vocalist and songwriter Curtis Mayfield’s greatest period, the epoch when “People PREPARE YOURSELF” appeared like more than simply good advice.
