Biography
Gospel mainstay Wayne Bignon was created an only kid in Savannah, GA, and raised in NEW YORK. He originated from a large category of performers, pianists, organists, and preachers. He began singing in chapel at age five and had been writing his personal materials at 11. He discovered to try out the piano by viewing his parents and quickly started acquiring lessons and theory programs. He previously gigs in a number of organizations before a touring stint with vocalist Dorothy Norwood resulted in a contact from Reverend Milton Biggham in 1983. Biggham asked him to business lead the tremendous Georgia Mass Choir. His amazing skills like a vocalist, article writer, arranger, and instrumentalist had been important to the effective recording career from the choir. In 1995, Bignon led the ten-member choir presented in Michael Flatley’s Riverdance, presenting a secular target audience to his exclusive make of gospel. After his leave from your choir he continuing to record R&B-flavored gospel for a number of more years.
