Jack Shilkret

b. 13 Oct 1896, NY, USA, d. 16 June 1964, NY, USA. Younger sibling of Nat Shilkret, Jack port was a pianist and dance music group innovator in the 20s and 30s. He done the radio display Bond Breads Tea Store with Julia Sanderson and Frank Crumit, published the music for a few minor movies, and composed many popular tunes, including ‘Make Believe’, ‘Sluggish Summer time Moon’, ‘Apr Showers Bring Might Plants’, ‘Simply Another Kiss’, ‘Copenhagen Like Track’, and ‘She’s The Child Of K-K-K-Katy’.
