Jack Payne

British bandleader Jack port Payne was created in Leamington Health spa, Warwickshire about August 22, 1899; while providing as an aviator during Globe Battle I, he structured some dance rings to entertain his fellow soldiers, and following the battle continued carrying out in little group configurations.
