Ivoryline

Ivoryline was founded in 2005 by vocalist Jeremy Grey, guitarist Scott Socia, guitarist Dusty Kittle, bassist Robert Woodward, and drummer Wes Hart. The five music artists — all natives of Tyler, TX — got previously played jointly in the music group Deceased End Driveway, also releasing a set of recordings under that name before implementing their brand-new moniker after graduation. As Ivoryline, they squandered little time creating a solid following within the South making use of their energetic undertake the Christian rock and roll blueprint. Inclusion within the 2006 Vans Warped Tour helped provide Ivoryline to the eye of Teeth & Nail Information, a Seattle-based label using a roster filled with alternative Christian groupings. Ivoryline signed using the label and released a debut record, There Emerged a Lion, in Feb 2008. There Emerged a Lion reached amount 25 in the Christian graphs and was backed by a group of displays, including Ivoryline’s initial countrywide headlining tour. Socia still left the lineup quickly thereafter, hence reducing Ivoryline to some four-piece. Rather than recruiting new people, though, the slimmed-down music group entered the studio room with manufacturer Aaron Sprinkle and surfaced with Vessels, a harder and much more diverse record, which hit shops in July 2010.
