It’s a Musical’s buoyant, brainy indie pop music, just like other tasks by co-founder Ella Blixt (Bobby Baby, Bobby & Blumm), nod to works like Hi there Seahorse!, Mates of Condition, and Structures in Helsinki. Blixt fulfilled Robert Kretzschmar (also of Woman Boy), who become the spouse of It’s a Musical, in 2006 while she was surviving in Malmö, Sweden, and focusing on her recordings as Bobby Baby. Both started focusing on It’s a Musical’s debut recording in 2008, after Blixt shifted to Berlin, Germany. That disk, The Music Makes Me Ill, premiered on Morr Music in past due 2008. The recording was something of popular in Japan as well as the duo toured there, and around Europe aswell, in the next weeks. Blixt and Kretzschmar after that went their distinct methods, with Blixt hanging out working in the Popkollo and Ruby Wednesday girls rock and roll camps and Kretzschmar becoming a member of the touring music group of fellow Morr designer Masha Qrella. They reconvened this year 2010 and started recording songs for his or her second recording. FOR A LONG TIME and Years was released by Morr in the first springtime of 2012.
