Venezuelan-born singer/songwriter/guitarist Irene Farrera blends her Latin American heritage using the energy of her used residential, the Northwest of america. As a kid we were young in Caracas and Valencia, Farrera created her musical abilities, playing the cuatro when she was 9 and traditional acoustic guitar at 11. She brought satisfaction for her history with her when she relocated to the united states over 2 decades ago, and started carrying out music from around Latin America in addition to her homeland. Her repertoire included Mexican rancheras, Venezuelan joropos, and tunes by great Latino songwriters like Brazil’s Tom Jobim, Argentina’s Carlos Gardel and Cuba’s Silvio Rodriguez.
