Produced in Pittsfield, IL in 1964, the Intruders survived some roster changes, composed of frontman Doug Oakley, guitarists Costs Mobus and Bob ‘Bub’ Evans, bassist Larry Lemons and drummer Jeff Hallows by enough time of documenting “GIVEN THAT YOU UNDERSTAND” for the It label in middle-1966–suggesting a far more primitive Byrds, the one was an area hit but didn’t attract curiosity from a nationwide label. The Intruders dissolved shortly after.
