While performing simply because Conor Oberst’s guitarist in Desaparecidos and fronting the abstract indie rock and roll outfit Statistics, Denver Dalley also found time and energy to work together with programmer Sam Shacklock. Both musicians fulfilled in 1998, just like Dalley was completing senior high school, and started collaborating on an electric music project many years afterwards. Intramural acquired officially taken form by 2003, and both started enlisting a number of musicians to supply vocal monitors for the project’s initial album. Offering vocals in the Green Spiders’ Matt Friction and Twilight Performers/Afghan Whigs frontman Greg Dulli, THAT IS a Landslide proclaimed Intramural’s studio room debut in past due 2007.
