The Inmates – Expenses Hurley (vocals), Peter Gunn (b. Peter Staines; acoustic guitar), Tony Oliver (acoustic guitar), Ben Donnelly (bass) and Jim Russell (drums) – emerged in the past due 70s like a UK R&B group within the design of Dr. Feelgood.
