Biography

The music from the Andean Hill region is coupled with influences of poetry and stone by Los Angeles-based trio, Inkuyo. The motivation of Gonzolo Vargas, a Bolivia-born composer, arranger and pan pipes and South American flute participant, Inkuyo is a respected force within the developing reputation of traditional Andean music in THE UNITED STATES. Acquiring their name from a remote control mountain community where music can be an essential section of lifestyle, Inkuyo primarily performed being a quartet. Because the early-1990s, the music group has worked being a trio offering Argentina-born guitarist Enrique Coria and Bolivia-born charango, bandurria and tipple participant Jose Luis Reynolds. Vargas was a founding person in Andean folk group, Sukay.
