An experimental rock and roll trio featuring bassist Mike Watt, Il Sogno del Marinaio likewise incorporate singer/guitarist Stefano Pilia and drummer Andrea Belfi. Watt, a renowned punk and alt-rock musician with such rings as Minutemen and fIREHOSE, initial fulfilled Pilia while on tour in Italy in 2005. After that, in ’09 2009, Pilia and Belfi asked Watt to tour with them and Il Sogno del Marinaio had been blessed. In 2013, Il Sogno del Marinaio released their debut record, Busta Gialla, which showcased the band’s mixture of punk, noise rock and roll, and jazz affects.
